Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair of vehicles. You will disassemble, repair, align chassis, replace parts and glass, and repaint to factory standards, while collaborating with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, paint, and ensure repairs meet quality standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
