Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align frames, while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence across the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and follow repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates with appropriate tools.
• Repair, realign, replace, and repaint vehicle sections as needed.
• Ensure work orders meet labor-time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
