Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise repair work that restores vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align components, maintaining speed, quality and customer excellence in a collaborative shop environment.

The role requires eye for detail, ability to work with a team, and adherence to safety standards while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins, and realign chassis/frames.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint per factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
