Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician responsible for high-quality repairs and exceptional customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, accuracy, and conformity to brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training, familiarity with common repair tools, and the ability to work with the team to meet KPIs. Competitive hourly pay is offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship is required.
• Experience in auto body repair is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Use tools to repair vehicle sections and realign chassis as needed.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint vehicles per standards.
• Aim to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
