Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence in collaboration with the team.

The role requires technical training or apprenticeship, ability to read job orders, and safe operation of shop tools. The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to KPIs within a high-volume shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins and realign chassis/frames as needed.
• Replace damaged sections and fit new/aftermarket parts.
• Weld, paint, and inspect vehicles after repair.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and ensure quality.
