Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Scottsdale, AZ, is hiring an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and restore vehicles with attention to quality and speed.

You will work with a team to exceed repair KPIs, using tools like cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers, while communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles per standards.
• Replace glass, windshields, and interior parts as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and prepare/repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain quality and speed.
