Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with the WOW operating plan and contributing to our speed, quality and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle sections using tools like cutting guns and plasma cutters.
• Hammer dents and apply fillers when needed.
• Realign chassis, replace parts, and repair glass and interior.
• Weld and fit parts, repaint to factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
