Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair work and attention to detail. The role involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

Working with a supportive team, you will plan repairs, prepare estimates, realign chassis, replace parts and glass, and inspect finished work to ensure every vehicle is restored to pre-accident

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform repairs to meet WOW plan and safety standards.
• Prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality.
