Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Use cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair vehicle sections.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Repair or replace glass, windshields, and interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; ensure correct assembly.
• Prepare and repaint vehicles to factory specs or approved finishes.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect repaired vehicles for quality and safety.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
