Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment and quality repair of vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will work with a team to ensure speed, quality, and customer excellence while upholding brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with either technical school completion or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents and body damage using tools and materials.
• Realign chassis and frames as needed.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect work.
