Job summary

Caliber's Service Center in Fresno, TX is hiring a collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repair from blueprints to final reassembly, with focus on frame and structural work, and precise welds. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Eligible to work in the U.S. required. We offer competitive pay with weekly pay at a rate up to $20–$30, opportunities for career growth, I-CAR and ASE training, and day-one

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from Fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish are correct.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
