Caliber, located in Denison, TX, is seeking a skilled collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, frame and panel work, and precise reassembly, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move cars through efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten, and square up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and finished welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish emphasis.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and surroundings.
