Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Colorado is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence across all touchpoints.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs, maintain brand standards, and contribute to a positive workplace culture while performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents with filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and windshields as needed.
• Replace or repair interior parts and repaint vehicles.
• Welds and attaches parts and prepares vehicles with factory paint.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
