Gerber Collision & Glass in Atlanta, GA is hiring an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional vehicle repair and customer experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, contributing to speed and quality while upholding our Brand Ambassador standard.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, using cutting guns, plasma cutters, jacks, and other tools, realigning frames, replacing parts, welding, and repainting to spec.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates using workshop tools.
• Repair dents with fillers when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass, and repair interior parts.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
