Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States (Austell, GA area) seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition, working closely with the team to meet speed and quality KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or an apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates using tools.
• Hammer out dents and apply fillers as needed.
• Realign chassis and straighten frames.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass, interiors.
• Weld and reattach parts, repaint to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect post-repair quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
