Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars while aligning with our brand promise of speed, quality and customer excellence.

You will work with a team to meet KPIs and be a Brand Ambassador. The role requires technical schooling or apprenticeship, strong tool handling, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.
Experience in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan the repair work and prepare customer estimates.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles.
Realign chassis and replace parts as needed.
Replace or repair glass and interior parts.
Ensure work meets labor time guidelines.
Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
