Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician in the United States to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise repairs restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles and help meet our speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret job orders with minimal supervision.
• Work effectively with other repairers in a shop.
• Understand methods for repairing vehicle bodies.
• Use required tools safely and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Replace interior parts and weld/repaint vehicles.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
