The role emphasizes speed, quality and customer excellence within a collaborative team.

You will work with skilled colleagues, use cutting tools and paint applications, and align repairs with factory specifications while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship is required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of repair tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and Paint as required per factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
