Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment and high-quality repairs that restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will work with the team to disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish vehicles, using cutting guns, plasma cutters, and other tools, while meeting safety standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, replace parts, weld and repaint as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
