The role emphasizes disassembly, repair, reassembly, and collaboration with team members to meet performance KPIs.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair. Safety and quality are central to every repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles per standards.
• Realign chassis and frames as needed to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and windshields; fit new/aftermarket parts.
• Weld, paint and finish to factory specs or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines; inspect finishes.
• Adhere to WOW plan and team KPIs.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
