The role involves disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles, working with the team to meet KPIs and uphold the company's commitment to speed, quality and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using various tools.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and windshields as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; prep and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
