Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform meticulous assessment and repair of customers' vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, and replace damaged parts while ensuring quality and speed in a busy shop environment.

Responsibilities include applying finishes, repairing glass, and inspecting completed work to meet company KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to read and interpret repair orders and specs.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.

• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
• Adhere to WOW plan and repair time guidelines.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repair glass as needed.
