Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to perform meticulous vehicle repairs and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role involves disassembly, repair, reassembly, and ensuring repairs meet speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

You will collaborate with teammates, use a range of tools, and aim to complete repairs within time guidelines while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis and replace parts as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished vehicles.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
