Job summary

The Boyd Group's GA Tifton shop is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer experience. You will assess, repair, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition, using cutting tools, frame alignment, welding, and painting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, preparing estimates, ensuring work meets internal KPIs, and upholding the brand standard of WOW.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with auto body repair tools is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass as needed.
• Weld and fit parts, and repaint vehicles as required.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
• Follow WOW plan and maintain safety in a noisy shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
