Caliber's Fresno Service Center is hiring a collision repair technician. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble vehicles after accidents, from minor fixes to full-frame work, while maintaining safety and quality. A team-driven environment and industry-leading equipment support your daily tasks.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair right the first time.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team across painters, estimators, and front office.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
