Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, disassemble, repair, and reassemble with attention to speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will collaborate with team members to meet KPIs and act as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical program or apprenticeship in auto body repair. Tools and safety are emphasized in daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a technical program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in auto body repair processes and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and accurately.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using required tools.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, and replace parts and glass as needed.
• Ensure quality by inspecting vehicles after repair.
