Job summary

The Boyd Group Lebanon location is seeking an Auto Body Technician to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition through meticulous repair and quality workmanship.

You will plan repairs, disassemble and reassemble vehicles, replace parts and glass, weld and repaint to factory specs, and ensure work orders meet time guidelines while upholding safety and customer excellence.

Competitive salary starts at $75,000+ annually with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of auto body repair methods and shop safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Use tools to repair sections, fix dents, and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged parts and glass; repaint to factory specs.
• Weld and fit parts; complete work orders within labor guidelines; inspect finished vehicles.
