Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and ensure on-time completion while upholding our speed, quality, and customer excellence standards.

Role requires hands-on skill with body repair tools, chassis realignment, welding and painting, plus the ability to work with a team and meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts and repaint vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
