Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle assessment and high-quality repairs to restore pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence as a Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.

The role requires planful repair work, accurate estimates, chassis realignments, part replacement, and diligent inspection to meet KPIs and safety

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods and tools used in auto body work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and repair glass and interior parts.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles to specs.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
