Caliber Collision’s Otay Valley Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to perform full automotive body repairs with a focus on frame and structural work. You will blueprint, straighten, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to factory specifications.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, a sharp eye for detail, physical stamina, and a team-first attitude. Eligible candidates must be able to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Two or more years experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work and bring parts back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish to match original specs.
• Work as a team to move cars through the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
