Job summary

Caliber Collision's Otay Valley center seeks an experienced collision repair technician to perform full repairs with focus on frame and structural alignment. Two years of hands-on experience and the ability to work with painters, estimators, and front office staff are required.

You must be eligible to work in the U.S., with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Compensation includes a competitive pay rate, up to $20–$23 per hour, paid weekly, and opportunities for I-CAR/ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to blueprint, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts approach; ensure repairs right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and align parts.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Trab panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
