Caliber’s Otay Valley Service Center in Chula Vista, CA is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute repairs, perform frame and panel work, and ensure precise reassembly.

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.

• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.

• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically fit.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major – fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment and integrity.
• Quality reassembly with correct fit and finish.
