Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Glenview to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle, restoring it to factory standards.

You will work with the team to realign chassis, replace damaged parts and glass, and finish with factory-specified paint. Uphold speed, quality, and customer excellence while meeting KPIs and company brand

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical schooling or apprenticeship in auto body repair completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames, replace parts and glass, and repaint as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished vehicles.
