Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition with precision and care. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while maintaining speed, quality, and customer excellence.

You will work with teammates to meet KPIs and represent the brand. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may require technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using standard tools and techniques.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and weld/paint as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and safety.
