Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring alignment with KPIs and brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training, with opportunities to advance through ongoing education and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should be able to work safely in a noisy shop and lift up to 30 pounds.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble each vehicle.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass when needed.
• Weld or attach parts and repaint to factory specs.
