Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence as part of our Brand Ambassador role.

You will work with the team to meet KPIs, use a range of tools, and maintain safety in a noisy shop environment. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of a technical program or apprenticeship is expected.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and accurately.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents, realign frames, and replace damaged components.
• Repair or replace glass, interior parts, and apply paint as specified.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
