Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition.

You will work with the team to ensure speed, quality, and customer excellence, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling vehicles and contributing to KPIs while representing the Brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using appropriate tools.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interiors.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles to factory specs or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect repairs.
