Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise repairs and quality workmanship. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign frames, and ensure finish matches factory specifications while upholding our speed and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and either a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair, with strong tool proficiency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical training preferred.
• Completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of common repair tools and safe shop practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames; replace parts and glass as needed.
• Weld, paint, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
