Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Webster, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician with 4-5 years of collision repair experience. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition while upholding the company’s speed, quality and customer excellence.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship. You will work in a team to meet KPIs and adhere to WOW standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using tools and equipment.
• Hammer dents, apply filler resins, realign chassis, replace parts and weld/paint as needed.
• Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality before completion.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
