Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment and high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding our speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, using tools to fix body damage, aligning frames, replacing parts, and painting to specification.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using tools to repair vehicle sections.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed to repair dents.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and windshields as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint or equivalent.
• Aim to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and verify repairs.
