Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repair and inspection to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, replace parts, and ensure work meets safety and quality standards while contributing to team KPIs and brand excellence.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
• Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop.
• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies and how to use required tools.

Aufgaben

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plans the repair work and prepares cost estimates for customers.
• Disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles.
• Realigns car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replaces damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts and repairs glass.
• Welds or fits parts, prepares and repaints vehicles.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect for quality.
