Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, realign chassis, replace parts, and ensure a high-quality finish that aligns with our speed and accuracy standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training, ability to read orders, and teamwork with fellow repairers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or a 3‑year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Must be able to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute repair plans and prepare estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre‑accident condition.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged sections with parts or glass as needed.
• Weld, paint, and finish vehicles per factory specs or approved standards.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and inspect completed vehicles.
