As a team member you will complete repairs, follow procedures, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with estimators to deliver 100%

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist estimators in assessing damage and prepare a 100% Repair Plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components to gain access to damaged area; store parts securely.
• Mend damaged body and replace parts; ensure gaps and fits meet industry standards; reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, etc.).
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before inspection by Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check safety and quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned; comply with SOPs and safety guidelines.
