Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a skilled collision repair technician for our Myrtle Beach Repair Center. Join a rapidly growing company dedicated to safety, quality, integrity, and customer care as you help plan and execute complete repair plans for damaged vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in assessing damage.
• Identify repairs to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time.
• Plan work procedure following the work order.
• Remove upholstery and components to access damaged areas as needed.
• Mend damaged body parts and reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools including welders and torches.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before paint.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality.
• Comply with safety rules and company SOPs.
