Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years collision repair experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to assist collision estimators in creating a 100% repair plan.
• Identify all needed repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following the work order for all operations.
• Repair damaged body by hammering, filling dents, and welding parts to industry standards.
• Operate hand and power tools and ensure proper maintenance.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
