Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful completion of technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, replace damaged sections, and refinish surfaces to factory specs.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint vehicles as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
