Gerber Collision & Glass in Cleves, OH is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous repair to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and align chassis, replace parts and glass, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and uphold our Brand Ambassador promise.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and either technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with auto body repair tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow WOW plan and repair processes.
• Plan and prepare repair work and estimates.
• Repair vehicle bodies using listed tools.
• Realign chassis and replace damaged parts.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
