Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret repair orders with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with other techs to complete repairs efficiently.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and procedures.
• Proficiency with tools used in auto body repair (cutting, grinding, welding).

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents, measure, and apply fillers when needed.
• Realign chassis/frames to restore structural integrity.
• Replace damaged sections and glass, repaint to factory specs.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety.
