Gerber Collision & Glass in Nashville seeks an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous repairs. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair, with the ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts and refinish vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
