Gerber Collision & Glass in Thompson's Station, TN is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, supporting the company’s promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient use of common auto body repair tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace/repair components and paint as required.
• Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
